all made of fruit and vegetables that will bring you back
those energy levels and wake-up calls in the morning. Here
we will tell which one is best for juicing or blending. Not
all of our planet's fruits and vegetables are included but
hey, we will try eventually... Fruits
Apple: Contains
around 85% water, full with vitamins, minerals,
phytochemicals and anti-oxidants. The apple is full with
fibres and works like a broom in your intestines, it cleans
out all sorts of rubbish and flushes the kidneys and liver.

6 apples, stalks removed

Apricots: this fruit is
full with beta-carotene, calcium, potassium, magnesium and
will provide you with lots of energy and endurance. They are
small and when you take out the seed, there's hardly any
apricot left so don't go to hard on them since you'll end up
with empty pockets at the end of the week.

Bananas: this fruit is also
full with beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, B3, amino
acids, and rich in potassium. Great source of energy for
people who sport frequently. They contains the right kind of
sugars for higher energy levels but also have lots of water,
they contain approximately 80% water. The

2 bananas, chopped and use a blender together with the kiwi

Blueberry: this fruit is full
with vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, folic acid ( a yellow-orange
compound that belongs to the vitamin B group) and biotin ( a
colorless chrystalline vitamine). They are a great defense
team against nasty bacteria and therefore will keep
illnesses away. They contain approximately 80% water.
