Fruits
Apple: Contains around 85% water, full with vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and anti-oxidants. The apple is full with fibres and works like a broom in your intestines, it cleans out all sorts of rubbish and flushes the kidneys and liver.

The Spicy Broomstick       
6 apples, stalks removed
3 pears
a bit of ginger

The Lucky Bingo
4 apples, stalks removed
4 pears, stalks removed
10 small apricots
3 hands of grapes

The Babe Ruth
6 apples, stalks removed
6 celery stalks
1 hand of mint leaves

Apricots: this fruit is full with beta-carotene, calcium, potassium, magnesium and will provide you with lots of energy and endurance. They are small and when you take out the seed, there's hardly any apricot left so don't go to hard on them since you'll end up with empty pockets at the end of the week.

The Money Spender
10 apricots, seeds removed
4 oranges, peeled
2 pears, stalks removed

Bananas: this fruit is also full with beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, B3, amino acids, and rich in potassium. Great source of energy for people who sport frequently. They contains the right kind of sugars for higher energy levels but also have lots of water, they contain approximately 80% water.

The Tarzan Boomerang
1 kiwi, peeled
2 apples, stalks removed
2 bananas, chopped and use a blender together with the kiwi and apples

The Hunters Delight
4 pears, stalks removed, use a juicer
2 apricots, seeds removed, use a blender
1 hand of raspberries, use a blender
2 hands of blueberries, use a blender

Blueberry: this fruit is full with vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, folic acid ( a yellow-orange compound that belongs to the vitamin B group) and biotin ( a colorless chrystalline vitamine). They are a great defense team against nasty bacteria and therefore will keep illnesses away. They contain approximately 80% water.

The Blue Lagoon
3 hands of blueberries, use a blender
4 apples, stalks removed, use a juicer
1 pear, stalk removed, use a juicer

The Hairy Beary
1 hand of blueberries, use a blender
1 hand of strawberries, use a blender
4 oranges, use a juicer
1 teaspoon of honey, mix everything with the blender and use some ice

Carrots:
The Orange Lion
1 apple, stalks removed
2 oranges
3 large carrots
