Out of frustration I made the decision to make a change and to look for ways that can give me more energy, that get me into a positive mood and bring back the energy levels I had when I was younger.

So I decided to do research on the internet, read books on the subject of health and find ways to implement what I have read. I was relieved to read that my symptoms could be treated! The solution sounded easy and it turned out to be even more easier than I thought.

Before making a change I was overweight, had frequent colds, had severe dandruff, was lethargic and I ate and drank everything I could get my hands on.

I found out that fruit and vegetables are a true marvel of nature and that it is the food that makes your brain work properly. Fruit is easily converted into glucose, which is the best fuel for your brain. Fruit and vegetables are easily digested, the nutrients are easily extracted and the waste is easy to get rid off especially when you use a juicer.

The fruits that are most beneficial to health are the ones that are fresh or freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Fresh fruit or freshly squeezed fruit juices have a cleansing and nurturing effect on your body at the same time but a lot of people don't know this. They think it's only good for vitamins.

When you eat fruit after any meal it can't find its way through the stomach and can't be digested in the small intestine leaving you with a nasty aftertaste.
